** NOTE TO CUSTOMERS THAT UTILIZE THE CREDIT CARD AUTO-PAY SERVICES: Your auto-pay setting and credit card information will not be migrated to the new billing platform. In order to continue to auto-pay with a credit card for service on the new billing platform, customers are required to sign up for this convenience on the new billing platform through myXO at using the new 15-digit account number starting with 009.
